Grate service always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My original purchase from the last year kept having issues intermittently. It was frustrating but the person working for Geek Squad identified the issue and replaced my item!

Haven't had to use it, but the price was right and the extra piece of mind makes it worth every penny.

We have had issues with a few if the products purchased from Best Buy, but never have we had an issue with the customer service. I will continue to shop here.

Never know what will happen. Electronics need warranties and insurance. Best Buy has both for a very cheap price would recommend purchasing for any expensive or not expensive item.
