I like it! It is heavy, like other reviews has said. It also pulls on you, the brush spins on it's own so it's kinda like a lawnmower that goes by itself so you have to use muscle to keep it in place. Also does not leave vacuum lines. Some people might like that it doesn't, I kinda prefer the vacuum lines because how else are you gonna know that I vacuumed? Other than that though, the suction is good and I feel like my carpet is getting a good clean.

I have all the shark vacuums. This battery operated one does it all. It picks up good and when you’re on the floor. Wait!!!! It has a black light so you can see the dirt on the floor. I’m impressed. I use it in all my rooms.

The protection plan available is great. Any time we’ve ever had an issue, the customer service was very helpful and quick on getting back to us.

Did have a misunderstanding with one of the geek squad representatives who was not explaining how the insurance worked properly, but management stepped in and really explained everything to me thoroughly conveniently and was very much appreciated

I absolutely adore it. A couple of years ago, I purchased an expensive vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, it stopped working, and I replaced it with another vacuum cleaner of the same price.

The protection plan is awesome its hassle free and very fast response time to get your products repaired or replaced every product i have bought from best buy has the protection plan

Excellent product at a great price. The vacuum offers flexibility and attachments that allow a great user experience. Would highly recommend this product to others
