Having the Dyson V15 vacuum for 2.5 years no problems with the machine. My wife said accident drop and crack the case. We love the Dyson V15 vacuum. We purchase the accident insurance in 2021. We got a new vacuum. Thank you again best buy store,staffs and Insurance. Sorry did not take pictures.

My Dyson v10 stopped working. BUT, since I had purchased the Geek Squad 2 year protection plan, returning the vacuum was a breeze. I was issued a store card with the purchase amount which I used to purchase the Dyson V12 and the 3 year protection plan with Geek Squad. I couldn't be b more pleased with the service.

Amazing this is the second one I have gotten. Very light weight, good battery life and it cleans very good. We got 3 years out of our first one. We have kids and they dropped it a lot so honestly I feel it could’ve lasted longer.

It’s the first time I’ve ever bought a warranty on a house hold item and I am very glad I did it broke one week before the warranty was up they returned all my money so I could purchase a new one THANKS GEEK SQUAD

The 5 years plans are great on these small appliances items I had small charging plan after 4 years of my V8 dyson still had time to upgrade and/or even trade

Super efficient cleaning, with intelligent object detection and obstacle avoidance, cleans pretty well and fast, leaves no dirt around, notifies on any issues and has a very durable battery that will last for long time.

This is the best protection plan! I buy my things from Best Buy just because they have the best plan!

Still use this today. Need replacement brushes and sometimes hits things harder then I would like but seems to pick up things good

This products works very well on carpets. It does a great job with picking up all my dog's hair, the attachment also makes it easy for cleaning stairs!
