I usually don't by the extra protection but did for our robot vacuum because of fear of damage from dog soiling. Did not have a problem with dog soiling but our unit stopped working about a week before our protection ran out. With no problems Geek squad replaced with brand new unit. Very happy with this protection plan.

There geek squad services are the best if they cans fix it the will do there best to get a new one best protection plan ever

I love this vacuum. Would buy this again. The only issue is the battery life on the vacuum.

I'm so glad I added protection to my Dyson vacuums. I own two units and both have had battery issues within the first year. On both occasions I returned the vacuums to my local store and they just gave me a new unit, no questions asked. I thought maybe they'd be sent out to be serviced, but I was happy just to get brand new units.

This is a great solution if you have a problem with any appliance that you purchase from Best Buy. They are courteous fast and know what they're doing. I would highly recommend buying the insurance. And Geek Squad are great guys.

This is such a nice vacuum. It has a light on it and you can get ⁰ small areas with it. It's small and powerful.

I’m incredibly thankful I purchased this protection for my carpet shampooer, because it broke and could not be repaired. This saved my sanity, and I got full store credit to use toward the purchase of a new unit.

Imagine not having to worry about your purchase for 4 years because you bought a protection plan! If you end up not needing it, you know you at least got your money out of your purchase. Imagine that you didn't and 2 years down the road it goes out. Those pennies a day you would have spent are now going to cost you the full price of another one.

They were very helpful when it came to my vacuum not working properly, they do not work on vacuums so they just replaced it.

I always purchase a geek squad protection plan when I purchase any electronics at Best Buy. They always try to either fix it or credit you back and I just know that I can always rely on them to take care of me.

This vacuum is seamlessly the best and most convenient cordless vacuum. I can vacuum my house on just one battery charge. I’ve never had to use the extra battery to finish my 1600 square ft house. Easy to go from hardwood to carpet.

The geeksquad service is great they are always giving top of the line customer service on both the phone and In person they make everything a piece of cake! The staff is always super friends and actually want to help with out a problem

We needed it for sure. 3 years is very good timeframe for electronics.

Overall pleased with cake squad service. Little irritating as far as having to bring it into the store and having to make an appointment ahead of time or drop things off and then having to come back. It is nearly 60 miles one way for me to my nearest Best Buy store. Wish she was more convenient option. Wish things were a little more efficient.

I delivered the Hard Drive to the service desk, after a quick review of my problem, I was informed when the Hard Drive would be ready and the cost to me, if they were successful in recovering the data. The recover was 97% successful and it was done on time. I am very pleased with the result.

This is the protection plan for a great vacuum with no cords!! This is very efficient and I love the way it works. But I also have an extended warranty and Peace of Mind!
