The agent came to my house and unpacked every box and put it together in front of me. They explained every component and demonstrated each function. They also explained how, if it were to break, how the warranty would be honored.

Even though is a small size has great power, great with dog hair, but because of that I needed to clean it constantly.

240$ and you forced me into a storefront where they decide if they want to ship it off to "repair" it for a huge lead time. Or give you a gift card to replace. This is crazy to me when asurion with amazon I don't even have to talk to someone they don't care they HONOR the CHEAPER than you warranty and ship before they even send you the return label to give them the broken product. So I have no down time. So I am wodering why you are still on pre-covid policies and haven't yet adapted to this new market.

If you don’t get Geek Squad protection then it’s on you! Get it, because if not. You would have to fork up another lump sum to buy a whole new device or in my case a very expensive vacuum.
