    Had to use the warranty for a vacuum that died. It was an easy process. Simply grab another and leave. Always get the warranty!!

  • No attachments! Not worth the much higher price

    Does an amazing job on floors. Downside, no attachments to use in grout, windows, and garments. We got this because vacuum mop feature, but without attachments it's not worth the costs compared to other steam mops.

    I had my Dyson V11 but unfortunately after couple of years of usage it started to break down. Good thing I purchased a geek squad they replaced my vacuum so I decided to upgrade it and purchase an insurance again.

    Never forget geek squad protection if you have kids especially. They have saved me from losing so much money if something breaks because I purchased the extra protection.

    Very happy with Geek Squad protection. Came in very helpful when needed. Instead of purchasing something and it breaking and my being out 400.00 I was fortunate to have it replaced with no problem. So so glad I get Geek Squad.

    I really hate paying this much money for a service I may never need, but since I did have to use it I will most likely keep buying it. Very easy return for the broken vacuum and new vacuum.
