    The young men in Rosenburg and exceptionally competent and patient. Took computers in to migrate data from one to the other. They had it done that day.

    I recommend getting the warranty. My little one cracked the screen on my laptop and it was covered by the warranty for repair. Really grateful that I didn’t have to spend extra money on getting it fixed.

    Always use the protection pricing plans offered. I truly have never had to use it but once. I have however needed it and forgot to purchase it and that sucked.

    the protection plan was recommended by the sales associate, it seemed like a good deal with his chart he had with lots of info on it. it's basically insurance, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it...
