Haven't had to use it, thankfully. Would recommend on expensive purchases and/or purchases above 100. But, I can't tell you what to do so, either get it or don't. Your objects are in your hands.

It is a great protection plan if you break your laptop or crack your screen make an appointment and geek squad will fix it, and it cost you no money at all.

The money I paid for 3 year accidental protection really worth it! Having a 4 year old at home, who loves to play with my devises, my computer and the information contained will be safe.
