My husband bought his first laptop, and wanted protection that he wouldn't need to worry about very much. Best Buy's Geek Squad had a very good reputation. The Best Buy is two miles from the house, and he wanted to make certain he could get help if I wasn't home. He hasn't used the repair function of the warranty protection, However, the Geek Squad team has answered his questions when they aren't too busy.

It is always best to get some warranty/coverage for a device as accidents tend to happen

Decided to get the three year warranty instead of the 2 because there was a discount. Hopefully I won't have to use it any time soon!

Amazing for people who break stuff easily and have animals that like the be in your personal space

I absolutely love this PC!! I use it for school purposes and so far I have had no problems with it.

We have yet to avail of this purchase and its purpose but we find ourselves at ease knowing that Best Buy has great service.

Have not used this yet. Computer is for grandson and he is rough on electronics. I like the fact that it covers accidental damage. I'm sure it will pay for itself.

This extra protection can come in so handy when you have issues and need the support.

I just bought this protection with my new laptop. It sounds great and was recommended to me by a friend who bought it and had to use it and said it was an easy process. I'm hoping I won't need it, but glad it's there if I do.

Always good to have but I hope I never need to use it. Life can be unexpected but my laptop is protected!!!

I had to use it for a laptop, which got fixed. I appreciate that they don't talk to you like you're stupid. It's worth noticing when not all "techs" are that way.
