My wife purchased these just to try them out. She had no idea she would like them as much as she does. The only down side to them is that it only comes with one size earbud.

I've used service plans through Best Buy before and had great experiences. Just got one on my laptop and am glad I did. Protecting the touch screen alone is with it.

Wife lets the grand-kids use the computer ages 9 and 13. Was worried about the 9 yr old, a little clumsy. Not worried anymore.

Never go with out. No matter what we buy, always get the Geek Squad service. Never fails, something always seems to go wrong.

This was purchased with a laptop for a freshman in college. It works nicely with the laptop. She can easily take it with her.

The Greek Squad are always willing to help you with anything you need help with, just a great bunch of people to get help from.

I guess it's nice to have but it's expensive for a product you hope you never have to use.
