Very very easy to set this up for my daughter. Security features for safety are great too.

Acceptable laptop for the money. Just enough for basic skills.

Geek squad is my squad! With industrial-strength kids we end up with a lot of things that "quit working"....

I have not had to use this and hope not to. But it nice to know it is there if I need it.

Haven't needed it yet. I bought one year protection but hope I don't have to use it. Good experience with Geek Squad in the past.

The reason i bought a peotection plan was the reason i bought a new laotop. I broke the old laptop ( actually my dog did) and i did not have protection plan.
