good i think i have not got to use it yet but hopefully its not something scammy

Wasted roughly 1 1/2 months of time shipping my laptop back and forth 3 times to their service center, only for them to manage to break it some way new every time, not the geeksquad workers fault domestically at the stores-but rather the people at the kentucky service center... Got my computer refunded but had to waste a whole lot of time and talk to a whole lot of people

I always get the protection for new pc, laptops. If you never need, no big deal. If you need...it s well worth it.

I love that best buy offers the Geek Squad. I like knowing I can rely on them for the technical skills I don't have.

Im so glad I purchased this plan for my laptop. My screen crack and it took a month to get fixed at no extra cost

I think that for the price that I paid for Geek Squad, it is not worth it. I would prefer to have a plan that allows customers to replace items with newer items. Especially for the product a customer pays for. Overall accidental protection is great but is not really used for those who are very careful with their items

This machine will be traveling a lot and get a use since it is for a high school student. Better safe than sorry!
