I had to bring my daughter's laptop in to get checked out because it kept shutting off on her. The guys at my store checked it out found out that it needed to be sent out to have the battery fixed. It was still under warranty and it saved me quite a bit of money.. well worth the extra warranty.

I think it’s a great idea to get this Incase your computer breaks

I refuse to buy computers or have computers I am responsible for maintained by any other place. Chesapeake Square Geek Squad is an AWESOME group of people. I always get a protection plan on technology because I actually had my TV (flat screen) start showing black spots during the warranty coverage and they gave me a brand new one because they couldn't fix it. Must have!

I have used the Geeek Squad additional coverage a few times. It has been easy and if the item could not be repaired it was replaced. I have experienced no problems.

I always buy the 3 year accidental damage warranty. I've been buying computers for 3 teenagers, and let me tell you, accidents happen.

Lenovo Yoga 7i 15.6. Sturdy laptop with premium construction and chassis. The I7 Evo processor from intel holds up well enough with some data basing and multiple active tabs. Gotta say definitely see a slowdown with any kind of simulators, games. What we all want is a 4K ultra book with a 1tb ssd 16 ram and Ryzen 7 processor with 450+ Nits of brightness. The brightness is mediocre in any kind of sunlight. I have returned this model for the 14 inch edition but it seems to have the same issues with brightness and ram. Lenovo don’t handicap yourself bring back the legion slim 7i and get thinkpad keyboards for all of your student, business and gaming laptops. Not trashing the build however it is not worth $1100 despite the overall build quality and reliability, this laptop has noticeable compromises in hardware and components. -T

Bought this for my daughter's school computer. She is not as careful with devices as I would prefer, and the Geek Squad protection is worthy. Have used it before and their service is always reliable.

Returned a very expensive HP Spectre. Ultra book. Within 48hours the response was a full replacement was needed. They put in an order for a replacement which has to be shipped in as the store was out of stock. definitely take out the extra protection plans. Appreciate the reasonable response time.

Perfect product for a computer that is going with my son to college. Dorm life can be crazy. Protection against the probable damage.
