Purchased for a Sony Receiver. After 6 months, the receiver would go into protect mode after 5 minutes. I dropped of the receiver for service last month. Still waiting for the repair to complete. So for an extra $55 dollars, I am not sure it is worth it as the repair time is probably no quicker than the factory warranty would be.

There has not been any need to use the protection plan but it does cover good things.

I would recommend getting the geek squad warranty on a computer If you have children using them it really is worth the money and I would do it again if I had a child that I purchased the computer for

I'm giving this a five star review so far, and I'm hoping I never have to change it. I'm hoping it was an unnecessary purchase. Just like all insurance policies - you hope you never need to use them, and if you do, you hope they do a good job.

I haven’t had to use this yet. To be honest, I never know if I should buy extra protection or not. I tend to lean toward “better safe than sorry” when it comes to extended warranties on tech.

They are very professional and courteous. They work fast and are punctual.

Geek squad all day just purchase it for my protection with the kids and accidents never used it yet but according to what they would fix and how they go about it seams very good

Gave me very good advice and listed to what I needed to get fixed. They were very patient and understanding.

Anytime that I purchase electronics I always purchase the Protection plans as well because anything could happen and they are usually reasonable.

There is one thing that I tell everyone who buy a NEW PC. And that is to GET ACCIDENTAL PROTECTION! It will save you hundreds of dollars

The agents that came out to install were respectful and helpful with the mounting and programming of the new TV

Don't know if I'll ever need to use this protection but purchased it anyway. 3 years if my new computer bites the dust or I drop it and break it. A little insurance for my new laptop

Geek lover ! It's a blanket of comfort just knowing uve got a geek in ur back pocket if anything goes south with anything that u buy that cost more than $100 especially when u spend over a half grand !
