I received excellent assistance from the squad. They were very helpful in getting the protection set up. I was impressed with the patience of the squad member. I am not the most computer savvy person.

Over all their work that they did to the laptop was fairly decent but some of the things that I asked them to look over and help with didn’t get done and I had to contact tech help on my own to figure some of the things out also the timely fashion of things getting done

Got this wonderful warranty for my 70” Samsung TV. This warranty is very important to me. It gives me peace of mind, knowing if anything happen within the 3 yrs. My TV will be covered

We buy a geek squad plan on most products we purchase from best buy. Have not always needed to use it but so grateful to know the option is there. When I have needed to call geek squad for help on a product I am always happy with the assistance I receive.
