I think overall, for the price of protection, considering what people pay for electronics nowadays, it's a good insurance to have.

The service was great. The installers did a great job getting our tv on the walland everything set . They were professional and friendly.

A little pricey for something you hope you never use. We’ll see how it works out in the future fingers crossed.

I always get the geek squad protection because it comes in handy with kids in the house. my last lenovo yoga my kids dropped and i just took it to the fine people at Best Buy and they weren’t able to repair it but they replaced it with no issues

Great protection for my Yoga. Since i carry it back ad forth to school everyday and use it whole moving around my room teaching, it is worth every penny.

This is an excellent product for beginners to college-level students. The battery life is extended, and recharging this product is quick and effortless.

I always get the Geek Squad protection because I'm always going to use it. We use the laptop a LOT so things will wear out. Plus, klutzy. So it's really worth it to get the protection.

With 3 year protection, peace of mind is always a guarantee no matter what happens! There is no price tag for that and its worth every dollar! Everyone should always get the extended warranty for this reason. Anytime I have needed it the process to replace the product has been amazingly quick and easy.

I haven't had to use the service, and hope I never do :-), but 4-years of protection is worth the cost for the peace of mind it provides.

Allow me to preface by stating that I'm disabled, I don't drive, and I don't have a person that can take me to Best Buy. Upon calling Geek Squad, since my new Chromebook has been defective since day one, the representative instructed me that I'd have to come in. I explained to him that I couldn't do that. He then offered to have someone come over for an extra $150 (ballpark). That's about all I have to say about that.

I love knowing that i can use my laptop with peace of mind without constantly having to worry on "what ifs" for damages.

Not used yet, will be using to xfer info from my old laptop to my new one. i hear they are excellent.

I never buy anything expensive without purchasing the warranty. I have used them in the past and Best Buy makes it easy to repair or repkace items quickly.
