Fortunately my son hasn’t had to use the geek squad for this laptop. Rather be safe than sorry for not adding this extra warranty!

The Geek Squad came in and handled business. I love my TVs mounted. So nice, neat and doesn't take up any space.

Great that they gave me a full credit towards a new computer. Unfortunate that they didn't credit me for the remaining 2 yrs of ext. warranty.

Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

It's been worth price in the past for other purchases.

Funny how you wish you don't have to use this, and usually don't need it, but when you do? Suddenly it's a great value. Anyway. Glad I bought it, but I hope I don't need it.

The Geek Squad Guys are Awesome. They can fix everything!!! These guys are knowledgeable, patient and communicate with you a level you can understand. I have used them numerous times and each time the service was superb. You can asked them anything and they will respond to your needs of fixing your problem (s). Best Protection you can purchase for 2 years. If you have a computer you will be happy you have the protection for it. Get it and use it!!! Recommend it.

Love having protection just in case there are any damages that are beyond my control & also puts me at ease with possible repair costs!!

Like any type of insurance, you only get your money's worth if your product actually breaks and you need to use it. In my case, my laptop did break and they fixed everything for free. Had I not had the service plan, it would have probably been too expensive to bother fixing at all. Very glad I had it.

I am so glad I chose this laptop. Not only because it is portable, its speed is incredible. I use it for school and I do a lot of downloads and heavy assignments.

Geek Squad has taken care of me Beyond what I have expected this year. I just think that I'm so very much for going far beyond. They are an excellent team and they were very very hard at customer excellence.
