I always have problems with my electronic devices and in the past never bought the extra protection bc always very weary of doing this however it has definitely given me a sense of security knowing that my product will be backed and protected. I would recommend doing this with any product that it is available for bc that sense of protection is invaluable.

Great product on the small side but pretty good had it for 2 years no problems

I purchased this laptop but had to return it a month later because it would not turn on. However, Best Buy replaced it for me.

This protection makes me have the laptop usage to be real good and we can have this protection plan for good

I purchased this for a laptop, knowing that there were children who might cause "accidental drops and spills." I proved correct, and when I returned it to the store, they replaced it with no questions asked. I was able to get another laptop, which is all I ask from a service plan. I would recommend this to others.

Great service polite individuals and since I have recently purchased a new television I will save cover $200 in having them install it and move my old one to a new room. That alone has paid for the year of service. Plus my wife has had issues with her computer which were easily solved at the store for no charge.

The warranty replacement programs so far have worked greatbfor me.

It is very important that u get all the protection u can buy unfortunately that is were electronics is now a days.

I recommend this for anyone purchasing any electronic item or product that you may need technical support for. It always helps to have someone else's help when it comes to these things.

I can say I love your Geek squad warranty but only I had a incident when one of your techs came out to my location to fix my washer machine and broke it. He shook and bang it around and told him to stop it because he was going to break it and sure enough he did break it. I reported it and they replaced it with a new washer machine. It took a process to receive the new one but thank you geek squad for the replacement.

Best purchase by far, I was an HP consumer but have switched to ASUS due to its better processor and CPU

The girl who sold me the laptop was very nice id definitely go back to Best Buy again

It was fast. Sent out laptop for approval and got the pick up email in 2 day.

I would recommend this Protection plan to anybody, it comes in handy when an accident happen. 6 months after I bought my daughter's laptop she dropped it and broke the thing to pieces. I called the Geek Squad, they came through for me. Now I have a brand new laptop. My daughter won't get it anymore lol.
