My 11 year old grandson loves this computer. It is his first and he enjoys it. It does everything he needs it to do for school.

Although I just purchased my new laptop I wish I would’ve said yes to buying this for the last one. A friend did something to ruin my last laptop and the warranty had expired just the week before so I had to get a new one and pay for it as my friend of course has zero money and I had no extended service plan.

I went in for a consultation for my laptop. The agents were very knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly determined that I needed to have my pc shipped out. I was quickly notified when it came back in!

I’ve always enjoyed the peace of mind the electronic protection Geek squad brings to me and my son.

Within Three weeks my son broke the screen ( accident). A month later the whole system crashed. Geek squad replaced the screen within a week. They had to replace the hard drive and reinstall the system when it crashed, again it was done in a timely manner and best of all I didn't have to pay any extra charges.

When I purchase a product, I read the reviews to see how it holds up. If there are any problems indicated with the product, I buy the protection plan thru the Geek Squad. So far, I am been very lucky and have not had to use it, but it is there if I need to use it.

Never liked Dell until now best decision I could have made I love this laptop.
