The whole process of getting my laptop replaced was, just that, a process. I had to call geek squad support multiple times talked to multiple different departments, and at the end of the day they didn't even replace my device they just gave me a gift card and I had to buy a whole new computer. Also I find it crazy that I paid for a 3-year geek squad plan only used it for 4 months and got zero reimbursement for the other two and a half years.

I haven’t had to use them yet for my recent purchase, however for pst purchases they have been great!!

I took my hacked computer to the gerk squad. They were quick to fix.

I have only had to use the geek squad service a couple of times and they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable

I usually buy electronics and do not add this service but it was recommended by one of the agents so I got it....and little did I know a couple months before it expired I was going to need it.

This is great for those people that need the added protection and those that don't because you never know. I had to use it even though I never needed it in the past. Damaged the screen by accident and had screen replacement within 5 days. Back to work.

The agent in Best Buy was able to examine my new laptop and get it up and running smoothly again. Operating system is as good as new. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

Had a 9 month old HP that the fans cut out on and over heated. Grateful I have the Geek Squad warranty. They came through and replaced my Computer with a another of like kind of quality and price. They back you up if there is a problem in my experience.

I love the geek squad! They are always helpful and patient even when I ask a bunch of questions. Asking for the warranty is easy and they don't make you feel bad when something happens to any device. I will no longer buy things without getting their warranty.

I don't like extended warranties and believe they are a waste of money. I will, however, buy the Geek Squad warranty on laptops due to the tendency for screens to crack. The Geek Squad warranty claims to cover accidental breakage so i purchased this specifically because it's a pain to replace screens.

Used it in the past and didnt have any issues getting serviced.

The protection price is good for what it's worth and I can rest assured knowing I don't need to worry about accidents.

I had this in my previous laptop and it was a life saver. Turned in my laptop after a year and a half for blue screen issues and it couldn’t be fixed so I ended up getting an upgrade with their junk out process.

I have the peace or mind that I have Geek Squad for anything the warranty wont cover.

Totally worth the piece of mind. The more complex these devices get, the more ways they have to fail.

Amazing fast and easy I had scratches and like it was really bad for the screen they fixed it up super fast loved it.
