Good and excellent I would recommend it to my friends

My son wanted a laptop for his birthday and i bought this one. He loves and I love it. I especially love that I use parental locks on it and through Microsoft. Great laptop.

Always get Geek Squad Protection. Have had issues and they aways have rectified any issues that have come about!

Awesome find for college work and play. This tech find provides a great experience.

I like that it provides a variety of protection at a pretty decent value: especially IF I don't have to pay a deductible should anything happen. I don't think it covers loss/theft. and it doesn't cover animal urine ( interesting note in the T&C) I don't have pets but might be important for someone w dogs/cats/nervous hamsters.

teh coverage has a very wide range, and you feel protected when buying expensive devices.

I am very excited to have a computer that is protected by Best Buy's excellent service. I am giving it a 4 star rating due to the fact that Amazon offers the same protection but for a considerable amount less. I have not used Amazon, but I'm hoping to have a better turnout at Best Buy since they have a brick and mortar store to easily get to instead of mailing in your computer to Amazon.

I made an appointment on line , went to the store and was seen on time and he helped me with my problem which was my fault not the computers.

I purchased a laptop for my granddaughter that's 7 years old purchased the protection warranty Laptop screen cracked Geek squad replaced it with a new one

Can't beat the insurance for a product. I always buy the insurance from bestbuy. The are no questions asked when I need to return/replace or fix a product

Geek Squad is great! Haven't used them yet on this device, but from my experience, they are terrific!

This is my first hp experience and I am loving it. The screen touch and display is very good. I love the fact that I got it in a very affordable price and got the quality I wanted.

Thay have treated me with an enthusiastic sense of customer satisfaction. All my problems have been resolved in record time.

My ice maker was making noises and no ice cubes were coming out, but the Geek Squad repaired it and still working fine ever since.

Felt like I received great customer service, attention and knowledge from the representative that assisted me. Don't call during off hours or you might get routed to a call center in the Phillipines. The state-side technicians are worth their weight in gold.

This protections gives me comfort in knowing that I can make one phone call and take my product in for service. I do not want to worry about not having it when I need it; so, I bought this service to ensure that I can get it back up and running.

Took my brand new laptop up here for the first time and got my computer optimized and more storage added onto it. The men there were very helpful and informative on some things I did not know after purchasing a gaming computer. Definitely recommend.
