This was a must since we will be carrying the laptop with us everywhere. Our last laptop broke at the hinge and that cracked the screen. I'm hoping that this coverage will keep us from having to buy a new computer if that happens again.

Bought this coverage for my last computer. Gave the computer to my son and forgot about the coverage. Brought it in for repair, still under coverage, so we paid $0 for repair. You bet I bought the coverage again for my new computer. Best $$$ spent.

My laptop was stolen and recovered. There was damage to it. The warranty is completely worth it. The fixed it quickly and they are always available and willing to help with issues that come up with my laptop

Got it for my wife. and she loves it. today it tried to upgrade but since then it does not power on.. lucklily I got geeksquad.. must have to go there.

Services and protection with worth getting as things happen and having that added protect and service is worth having it will save you money in the end.

As with any insurance deal, hopefully we will never have to exercise the policy, but is available if we do.
