If you are buying any type of computer definitely spend the extra money for geek squad protection plan. They are extremely knowledgeable and great customer service.

I had to use plan on refurbished item right away and it was a fairly process and worth the buy.

Came in handy. I really didn't think that we would need the protection. During a move the computer was damaged. Thanks to the Geek squad.

I went to you're store and got a one year protection plan at the geek squad But the Reason why I did that I was having problems with my computer And needed a power cord So they told me it was going to be mail to me on September 2 and I haven't got it yet

I always purchase the protection on all my computer needs. The reason why I go with Best Buy is because of the service that’s available if there’s ever a problem

Hopefully you never need to use it. But it's good to have. The downer is that you'll have to go without the device while it is being serviced. Most of the time the repairs are adequate. Getting an appointment for a GS visit at the store is a pain.

We purchased a new laptop and it died on almost one year from the date of purchase. The protection plan paid for repairs which would have cost as much as a new laptop.

The comprehensive protection plan is well worth the peace of mind it provides. While I honestly hope to never use it, I am certainly glad it is available and provides such excellent coverage.

The Geek Squad agent offered this product to us based on the service history with our last PC. It will provide us with security of knowing our new PC will be protected.

Its an amazing product. Works very well. I recommend buying plus put insurance you never know for the future.

I always purchase this protection especially with computers, TV or game consoles. The protection makes it so easy to replace your items when something goes wrong. In a household of 7 something is about to go wrong. It’s my lifesaver.

I’m be bad to use this twice now ! Very good just wish it was for a longer period.
