I'm glad I made the purchase for extra protection. I just want to be prepare just in case.

I will never buy another laptop or tv that I do not get geek squad protection on as they are very helpfull with any questions or concerns, for the money I do not know of a product that is more helpful

Always use the protection pricing plans offered. I truly have never had to use it but once. I have however needed it and forgot to purchase it and that sucked.

I haven't had to use this, but I'm happy to have gotten this protection for my laptop.

These squats pretty good. But one time I sent my laptop in and an arrow key fell off. They put in the space bar correctly, but the backlights were broken by the end of it, and the arrow up key fell off.

We have reviews the context and found that this will cover it all. Thanks goodness we haven’t needed it yet! But if so I have no worries
