I haven't use it yet but I hope the service is great.

Protection is always a plus. It saved us before for a computer for a tv and the computer cost 3x what the warranty did sonit morr than paid for itself

Excellent value for piece of mind with the laptop I purchased for my granddaughter.

It's really a question of affordability for option or peace of mind. The insurance has not been exercise (which is a good thing). But it's pricey in my opinion.
