I will only buy my electronics through Best buy with Geek Squad protection. It's a super easy process and they are so good at either repairing or replacing items as quickly as possible.

This geek squad protection will work great for me it’ll be great for my children because they’re always moving the computer around to go to various places in the house so it is nice to have a protection plan that I know when something happens I can get the laptop replace

I'm glad I do have BestBuy's two-year protection plan. Anything can happen with laptops, TVs, cellphones, etc.

I bough this for my laptop and so far I have not had to use this. Since I bought it I know that I do not have to worry about buying a new laptop if the one I have breaks.

The return time for my laptop replacement for a broken screen was a bit far out at 3 weeks but I was glad I had it when I accidently dropped my new laptop.

Apple products aren’t cheap to begin with, and if an accident happens sometimes the cost to repair can be up there with the cost of the item. Paying $40 to protect my Apple product for a year is a win-win

Got 3 years of protection, on my new laptop, and I had use this in the past, Best buy is the best on the insurance programs, when I had used i go to customer service, no questions asked, they just replaced, I have a lot of confidence with Best buy..

This laptop is WESOME. I am so glad the sales guy recommended this one. It does everything we need it too and we didnt have to go over budget to get a great laptop.

A must have with laptops as with kids at home, there is chance of spilling liquids or dropping the laptop, and accidental damage is covered by Geek Squad.

Whenever I needed the Geek squad I was satisfied with the service I was given and my issues were resolved.
