It works great! The only issue is the keyboard has to keep being configured to light up. It stops after a while

I guess it was ok I never had to used the service. But, it was there in case I needed it.

The agents have all been patient with us. They explain things so we can understand considering we are not tech savvy!

I'm giving this a five star review so far, and I'm hoping I never have to change it. I'm hoping it was an unnecessary purchase. Just like all insurance policies - you hope you never need to use them, and if you do, you hope they do a good job.

So thankful to get GS assistance around the clock. I don't need to worry about any type of problem that may arise. Now I can just call in to get assistance from a qualified GS member. PROBLEM FIXED!!

It was very useful when my laptop kept malfunctioning. The laptop eventually packed up but the protection plan made me get a replacement. Anyone buying a laptop from best buy should get one

Geek Squad helped me speed up my laptop after I purchased a new router. My older laptop was slow after the install. It previously worked fine. I havent had any complaints about the geek squad service.

Bought this coverage for my last computer. Gave the computer to my son and forgot about the coverage. Brought it in for repair, still under coverage, so we paid $0 for repair. You bet I bought the coverage again for my new computer. Best $$$ spent.
