This has helped me when my other computer gave out so purchased it for this one again

Just had my first issue with my HP Pavilion. The G button was sticking. Scheduled an appointment for today, went in, employee was prompt, took laptop in back, came back and said he cleaned underneath, there was actually a nail under the button.

Geek squad is legit. They'll take care of your electronics. I brought in a laptop and got an upgrade. I would suggest alwaying backing up your data.

I went ahead and purchased the $140 for one year warranty. Hopefully if anything happens to my computer there isn't any fine print and they actually honor the warranty. Otherwise the $140 is extremely high, I think. On the other hand, hopefully I never have to use it. I'm going to mark "yes" for if I would recommend to a friend, which I am still on the fence about. It's a required field, so I have to pick one.

We'll I hope to never have to use their services, not only is the extended warranty well worth the price but the peace of mind and the good reputation of the geek squad make it a no brainer.

Great easy and worth it to get with every product you get better save than sorry.

I haven’t had to use this yet. I’ve heard from family and friends that it’s awesome.

Hopefully, I’ll never need this but the plan is diverse in its protections, especially for laptops that will be moved around a lot.

My service was great I dealt with a young lady I cannot remember her name I wish I could and her supervisor geek squad manager they did a great job they help me when I was very upset and was able to D escalate the situation I am thankful for them

I haven't needed the warranty yet (fortunately!) but it is a nice security backup for my often times clumsy self. Good insurance as getting a laptop worked on these days usually costs more than you would believe. Think costly car repairs on your BMW!

We purchased this accidental protection on an item and actually had to use it! Our item was replaced with a better one because the item we had trouble with is no longer available.

We purchased this along with the laptop. We are thankful to be able to give the gift of peace of mind along with the laptop.

I have geek squad service on every device and appliance I have purchased. While no one wants to have to use it, when you need it, you'll be glad you have it. They come right out to your home!
