Haven't had to use it yet but knowing it is there for everything it covers is excellent. Great peace of mind knowing this coverage plan is there in the event anything were to happen to the device, especially since it is owned by my teenager.

Although I just purchased my new laptop I wish I would’ve said yes to buying this for the last one. A friend did something to ruin my last laptop and the warranty had expired just the week before so I had to get a new one and pay for it as my friend of course has zero money and I had no extended service plan.

I always purchase the protections because you never know how long things will last these days. and accidents happen

My 11 year old grandson loves this computer. It is his first and he enjoys it. It does everything he needs it to do for school.

Within Three weeks my son broke the screen ( accident). A month later the whole system crashed. Geek squad replaced the screen within a week. They had to replace the hard drive and reinstall the system when it crashed, again it was done in a timely manner and best of all I didn't have to pay any extra charges.

Every time on go in to speak with someone at geek squad they are always very helpful and always now what to do. Great Service

This was a gift for my daughter for school work and it works amazing. Haven’t had any problems and if I had any questions geek squad was ready to help

When I purchase a product, I read the reviews to see how it holds up. If there are any problems indicated with the product, I buy the protection plan thru the Geek Squad. So far, I am been very lucky and have not had to use it, but it is there if I need to use it.

I went in for a consultation for my laptop. The agents were very knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly determined that I needed to have my pc shipped out. I was quickly notified when it came back in!

Really helps knowing if some accident happens and it breaks you are taken care of! Don’t have to go spend a lot of money on a new one

Expensive protection needed for non technical types who don't have light touch with electronic equipment. Long term college protection planning. Doesn't cover software only hardware physical damage. Doesn't carry over to new computer even with two years left on the plan after older computer couldn't be repaired, sucks

I'm glad I got the warranty since I'm clumsy and a lot of drops and skills occur at home lol and with the warranty the laptop gets replaced for free as long as you can give it to them and they can't fix it, or they'll fix it for you

I can use my computer and not worry about dropping it, spilling on it or traveling with it. Chances are if you buy the two-year accidental plan you'll never need to use it. But if you don't buy it you will have an accident with your computer just plan on it! I've never regretted buying the 2 yr plan and it's renewable!
