Glad I have this service. I had it on the last computer and had to use it due to the screen cracking. I had no issues bringing it in and getting the needed service.

I have had Geek Squad Protection with all of the devices I have bought from Best Buy. I have an issue walk right in with the device and the Geek Squad handles it.

We have not had to use the geek squad because the computer has not had any problems. But the knowledge that it is there if we need it is awesome.

Love the added protection option they make available to us with youth in the house this is best for us

I wish it was this price for a longer duration of time. People are usually extra careful the first year they have the laptop, it’s after that when things go downhill and by that point it’s too late to use the service

I will never NOT buy the protection plan....trust me it is SO WORTH IT! My Microsoft Notebook started having issues and the protection plan took care of it!

I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty with a laptop purchase. Even if we never need the service, you are eligible for one battery replacement which makes the cost of the warranty worth it.

This is a must especially with the COVID home schooling. The days of telling kids they can't eat or drink while on the computer is over thanks to home school
