Got this to cover my daughter laptop she's 7 and I wanted to make sure its protected

Computer would not power on, not even 1 month out of the box. Have the Extended Warranty, took it back to a "local" (not by my home) BB. They said they have to return it to ASUS, it should be 2-3 weeks. A MONTH later, get the computer back, no charger. Called ASUS. Literally told me, "someone will email you in 4 days". That is UNACCEPTABLE for a 3K laptop ALREADY in for warranty work. On the phone with BB, the FIRST rep tried to help, but she couldn't get the store on the line, AND they don't even sell a compatible charger. Transferred to 2nd rep, told me to do a 3 hour drive back to the store (me thinking: "Are you mad, lady"). Transferred to another rep, can't do anything to help. Transferred to a 4th rep, guy also can't compensate. I'll never buy another ASUS again, and to BB..., I was only buying from you for one and ONE reason alone (Reward Points), now that's not even worth it (after another SILLY issue with a Car Audio Install). You've lost a customer permanently. Just a bunch of BAD... All around..

Best purchased. Had problem with beats and had to take them in to get replaced.

I just like the fact of having a protection plan for security purposes.

I get this type of thing all time time and out has come in handy. well worth it.

I didn’t have to use this except for when I got my printer. They were very helpful

My daughter spilled liquid on my keyboard, I was able to take it in and get it fixed.

Always consider to add a service to your product so it services you when you need it.

Always there when I need them for a quick question or a very detailed issue.

I recommend buying Geek Squad Protection on ALL devices.

Difficult to get on the phone to set appts with, or discuss laptop repair status or options. This is based on another laptop I have in repair now under extended warranty. It has been over a month to try to get this resolved. My son needed a laptop for school, I therefore purchased another laptop. I have been told if it is repairable they will fix, if not get a store credit; based on accidental damage coverage.

Love this product. It’s always good to have! I recommend it.
