I like to make sure I get protection on my expensive investments. The Geek Squad protection plans are BY FAR the best "extended warranty" service I have ever seen till this day. I've never had any issues with bringing something in that broke and them it covering what they promise. Can't say the same for other places....

The Geek Squad protection plan is great. So far, I have not had to use it, but it is good knowing that I have it just in case. I keep my laptop at home, but if it ever got dropped and broken, I would definitely need the protection plan!

Bought my wife a new lap top and there was no way I wasn't going to get a protection plan. This is a must have. There are so many ways to damage a lap top and if you have grandkids running around the house than you already know... I would recommend this to anyone!

I'm glad I do have BestBuy's two-year protection plan. Anything can happen with laptops, TVs, cellphones, etc.

We have boughten enough of the warranties from best buy to know that they are great.

I am new to IOS MacBook. It was a small challenge but Apple and Best Buy make it so simple. The transition was easy and the geek squad amamzing.

Considering that this protection covers damages and such, knowing that my laptop came new in box with a faulty keyboard and they instantly replaced it that day was very nice. Definitely worth the money for the service

I was able to get a free replacement laptop on the 3rd anniversary of the warranty. Can't beat that!! I always get extended warranties on my cars as well, and i must say this turned out just fine! For an expensive laptop, this is the way to go.

Works Great, does what we got it for, and my daughter loves it

I get my 3 units checked twice a year and the only additional cost is my time and gas money. They check it out in store and clean the drives for me. great value. Usually they are on schedule which is a great benefit when you have to travel 40 miles each way.
