I got a great deal on a Laptop! It has been a long time since I set up a new computer so I had the Geek Squad do it for me. They were right there at Best Buy and did a wonderful job. Thank you Geeks and Best Buy! I know I will get any help I need and you are just ten minute away.

Hopefully I will not have to use it but so glad to have it as every CS rep and tech at Best Buy make me feel good that they are more than qualified to help and fix my laptop if or when needed, or just walk me through over the phone.

So far I have not had to use it on this device, but I have used them in the past and have been very satisfied. It is one of those things where you hope you never need it, but nice to have just on case.

I had purchased a lot of electronic devices through Best Buy and I always believed in them and the services they provided. But a year ago I purchased this computer and everything was ok until the 11th month after my purchased. The computer started acting crazy and it was not responsive at all. I took it to the closest Best Buy and Geek Squad agent checked it out. They told me "they were going to check". The same night they called me back saying the computer have nothing. Next day I went and showed the agent the many videos I took of the computer. They told me they will send it out. Well, I wait 4 weeks,( just enough time for my Geek Squad Protection to expire ), then they called me saying it was ready that it was a problem with the LCD and they have replaced, I do not know what is the relationship between display and system crashing and computer acting slow. So I took it home and tried to download a game and the computer is acting worst than ever. Well played geek squad, from now on I will purchase my devices elsewhere because I do not trust best buy services anymore. Do not purchase the Geek squad protection, they will take your money and do nothing when your device have a problem!!!

We haven’t had to use geek squad for this device but I’m confident they would take care of use all the same.

After about 6 months I experienced issues with my lap top pc so I brought it in to the Geek Squad. They were able to repair the system free of charge. The repair time was not bad at all.

They where very helpful and fixed the problem. I was very suprise they got me in as quickly as they did. Excellent service

It is always a good idea to be insured! If anything happens I know Geek Squad will be there.

Chris listened, explained, and took care of all my questions and needs. Very professional. Didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to take my compuyer out of S mode. Very helpful and thankful for my purchase

Geek Squad is great! Haven't used them yet on this device, but from my experience, they are terrific!

I would never buy any computer items or computer without purchasing the Geek squad. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions I have when there seems to be a problem or I just need more information.

I always get a protection plan doesn't matter what its for! Ive had this experience with my smart watch they eventually just gave me credit for what i paid and could use on something else

Fortunately, I did not have to use the service but after replacing a month-old laptop due to a broken screen and not having the protection, it served as a piece of mind throughout the first year.

Having the geek squad on my side makes me feel better. Anything that happens with my computer is overseen by the EXPERTS!

I only get my computers from best buy so i get the geek squad protection. Im dangerous with electronics. Having 3 year protection is great because its last till i pretty get a new computer
