Perfect size for my garage. Tv is clear and sounds great.

We haven’t had to use it, but it’s great to know that we will have additional warranty should something happen to our laptop.

Absolutely loving this device! I use it for basic things (email, Netflix, etc) and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Only drawback so far is that camera is not front facing so no video calls unfortunately.

I recommend to always get geek squad protection if available for the items you purchase. Never know when you will need your product fixed. I always by my electronics at best buy and get geek squad protection.

Great value and customer service only thing i don't like is they making me pay for another protection plan after my device got damaged I mean if you pay for a two year protection its should be protected for two years

I haven't had to use it on the computer I just purchased, but have had to use it in the past, and the help I received was AMAZING. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad protection.

After having my Chromebook for three weeks the screen was accidently cracked. I took it in for repair and they had it back in a little over a week. Nice job Geek Squad!

So far so good. From what the salesperson tells me this is a great add on. If ANYTHING happens to my laptop they will repair/ replace/ or give gift card of equal value. No too bad

We haven’t had to use it on the item we bought it for, yet. But from past experiences with this service, we are confident that they will take care of us.

Very worth it, especially if you have children. You never know what might happen and with this coverage I don't feel like i need to wrap my computer in bubble wrap and put it in a plastic bag when I'm away from it.

HAVE NOT NEEDED IT. BUT I WILL PROBALLY INTHE FUTURE!!!!! I AM HARD ON MY ELECTRONICS!!!!!!

Fast for gaming and graphics work, but runs SUPER hot. You need a well-vented space to work in. DO NOT use it on top of a comforter or other soft surface. The heat buildup will actually hurt you when you pick it up again.

GEEK Squad has saved me multiple times. I would never buy a computer without a protection plan.

Had to use this to repair a laptop, A must have for those unexpected errors or.... who know how that happened? Get this or beware. Don't be left out in the cold with a dead pc.
