Best warranty I have ever purchased. I dropped it off at my local best buy. They had it for a couple week. Then they told me they would be unable to fix it and to come get a gift card for the full purchase price.

The reason I shop at Best Buy is because of their Geek Squad. All staff here are genius grade but the Geeks are above and beyond everything I need! Thanks for this terrific service!

I learned a long time ago that getting protection on your purchases is the smart thing to do! Yes,on some items it may be a little pricey but,better than buying a brand new product over again!

So far I have not had to use the extended warranty. I have purchased one in the past which I did have to use. I was pleased with the results at that time. I did use my Geek Squad contract to set this computer up.

The 1-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan was added peace of mind for my tech purchase. I felt secure knowing that if anything came up as an issue, I would have accessible help to fix or replace the product.

How can you buy a $1400 laptop, and not purchase the Geek Squad warranty? Just the fact we have this coverage is saving me from some hair loss.

After my laptop messed up. I thought it would be a hassle to get another one. Geek squad tried to fix it and since they couldn’t they replaced it for free. I definitely appreciate and recommend geek squad.

They are always very helpful and the service is excellent. Would definitely recommend

the service center sticks and items always get sent back to the stores and are not fixed properly but the insurance is worth it if you can deal with the hassle.
