What can I say. Geek squad has a really good reputation helping and servicing peoples needs. Its well worth having that extra service on your stuff you buy!

Using it was a little complicated for me snice I couldn't go into the store because of Covid, but shipping and receiving it through the mail went fine.

Works well for school. Would definitely think about buying again if anything were to ever happen to it.

If you get something that's as expensive as the surface with the possibility that you could drop it, something inside could go wrong or the battery could fail you want a warranty for protection.

When you move the computer all over the house and need to keep it safe, it's nice to know you have a protection plan. You never known what will happen!

Great pc laptop for gaming, we purchased for our son schoolwork and we found this laptop and added this protection plan, hopefully we never have to use it.

luckily we didn't have to use it yet, but it gives me peace of mind to have it for my daughters college laptop especially with her being so far away...

I have yet to use the warranty on but will if the mouse does not stop moving on its own.

The agents gave me full credit on a best buy card so I could be able to buy a better laptop!

I definitely recommend adding any geeksquad protection to your electronics. I’m covered for physical damages and malfunctions.

I chose to have a 3 year Geek Squad protection plan so that if ever need a repair the cost would be covered.

I never worry about my purchases. The squad is always and ready to help. Thought I would have to throw out my computer, but they fixed it and I'm very happy.

This warranty pays for itself! It gives me the confidence that if anything goes wrong with my computer greeksquad will be right there to fix the problem

Not much to say about this. Cool to have a year of protection from Geek Squad on my laptop. So far nothing has come up but it's nice to know we have it.
