Never had to use this but I like knowing that I have it! Considering I have a smaller laptop that is a 2 in 1, I wanted to be able to protect it.

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

If you do not purchase Geek Squad, you are an idiot. The amount of assistance that the Agents can give you with your machines has no equal.

I have a cat and he loves my laptop. He always wants to lay on it and he pulled a couple of keys off. I got them to fix it for me. I was in and out in a flash.

Luckily I have not had to use this but better to have than have expensive repairs or have to buy a new device.

I have not had to use the protection plan yet, and hopefully will not have to. It will be nice though if it is needed.

Haven't had to use it, thankfully. Would recommend on expensive purchases and/or purchases above 100. But, I can't tell you what to do so, either get it or don't. Your objects are in your hands.

This product is great to have for the extra added protection.

I know that if I need assistance it will be available. Gives me piece of mind also if I need tech support I will be able to get it immediately.

Although I’ve never had an incident that damaged a computer, this gives me peace of mind. Especially when I purchased a computer with a touch screen as I am less familiar with the durability.

Every time I needed assistance w/my HP Laptop and just ANY questions I had, GEEK SQUAD Always comes through. They make using/understanding so easy w/laptop.

Agents are always there to help with any issues or replacements. Really an excellent service. I always include this with my purchases at Best Buy.
