After buying new comp, asked if things like sticky notes along with apps and normal files would get transferred over from old comp. They said not normally but would do their best. SUrprise Surprise, SHeriff, they transferred even the sticky notes.

The Geek Squad does a great job in a timely efficient manner the very organized and can tell you everything you need to know whether it be good or bad!

Wouldn't be w/o Geek squad! Great because of the availability and knowledge they have. I always have them install everything when I buy a laptop.

I can take any three of my computers if anything goes wrong and they will fix it for free for three years. I that is a good value and comfort to know everything will be taken care of if needed

I bought this for a loptop purchase. The motherboard fried after the manufacturing warranty. Thankfully I purchased this and it was covered!

Geek squad is great at checking out your item that has an issue and if it's not fixable then you can get a replacement item.

I feel 100% better having this extra protection! Best Buy definitely is looking out for their customers and making things affordable!

Got extended warranty just because its a smart thing to do.

I felt this 2 year protection was a good deal. I will use it as much as I can to keep my computer running at its best.

When I needed help with things going in with my device they were there to help and assist me as well as fixing any thing that went wrong on it.

Thankfully I have not needed to utilize the Geek Squad protection. Fingers crossed it stays that way but good to know it is there is needed.

No Problems So No Need To Use It Yet.... But I know when I need their help I can count on them

Had it before on previous laptop purchase and worth every penny. And extra perks included was nice.

Although I didn't use my whole two years for a laptop I bought I was able to get another instead and had to pay what was left which was kind of cool. It was like an upgrade basically.

Great customer care and friendly, will definitely recommend to my friends

I always deal with them, I never find a problem with them.

Maybe is too much price for the something to get garanty cover part of the repair
