I was very pleased that the Geek Squad spent so much time with me to set up my computer. They were very patient answering all my questions.

The computer itself is very easy to set up. Even though it is probably bigger than most laptops it is lightweight and easy to carry. It runs fairly fast and I have had no problems so far. I also like the different features that are available to use.

I have not had to use this yet luckily, but its worth having, knowing I have protection if needed.

My husband and I purchase Geek Squad protection for every major appliance and electronic device purchase. It's worth it in the long term!
