I have no idea had not had any accidents to write a review about this. Normally Best Buy/ geek squad have a great return on it.

Geek squad is simple to you. I purchased a hard drive that didn't work out of the box. I simply brought it back to the store and no questions asked I was given a new one.

Always been happy with the Geed Squad. Also glad they keep track of how long it's been since purchase if I can't find it in my records.

It works good but sometimes if I am typing and make an error it will not back up to erase. Other than that lightweight and easy for on the go use

When you spend so much money on a laptop you need to get warranty!!! Super important especially because it cost me so much money

I would recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection, it covers all of your accidents. You also get great support.
