I haven't used the warranty yet. So far, I have very good experiences with bestbuy customer services, technicians, and representatives.

Bought the protection due to it being an open box. Was sticker shocked when they told me the price.

I haven't needed to use this service as of yet but it is good to know that I'll have it, within 2 years, if I need it. Better safe than sorry.

Bought this because no one in the household is very computer literate. Manual's are now online and I need step by step paper copy in order to have any hope of trying to do anything.

Geek Squad service is astounding. I've had to use the policy and the store handled my problem efficiently and at no cost to me.

I used to be skeptical about these. But with my high schooler using it, and shall we say, being less than meticulously careful with her stuff, it's a nice security balnket.

I was not about to get the protection but the employees there convinced me and say they will help me if anything happens with the device.
