Have not had to use the service, but feel comfortable that any problem will be handled in-store.

Normal laptop protective warranty. Nothing specially good or bad. Cost was a little high but this is one you can nothing about. Total replacement for 2 years.

I think this is great. Everything's covered, including my dog using it for a chew toy.
