Haven’t had to use it on my recent purchase. But they have been good in the past.

Luckily havent had to use the plan yet but very greatful to have the protection!

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

I would suggest getting the extra protection plan for any electronics accidents happen

The policy is good just for US, even when the say that has international global cover in case you has a problem with your tablet, laptop or other mobile items is not true. The extended warranty service is just valid and good in US. I will recommend it just if you will not take your mobile items out side US, if you travel a lot for work or pleasure, is not good to have it, since is the same as not to have it.

It really helps when you have your devices not working I would recommend it to people

Very important to buy protection on laptop. Any accidents occur and you investment will be protected. Highly Recommended.
