Staff was amazing with there recommendations for my new laptop

I have language problems, there are good customer service employees in Spanish and that helps me a lot. And the technicians from other countries, some are patient when using Google translator, there are others who are not, these are the technicians who are in their country.

They replaced the computer after it failed in 6 weeks. That took a week (during which my daughter had no school computer). Then when checking out with the new computer I was asked if I wanted a repair plan. I responded that I had already paid for a four year repair plan. I was told that once a repair or replacement occurs the four year plan has been used and needs to be purchased again. So, buyer beware. A four year plan is only good till your computer breaks (even if it is the day after purchase), after which it is null and void.

Always a good idea to get this- especially on my new gaming laptop which I was worried about not knowing how to set up.

Great for basic school needs and touchscreen option has been an amazing feature. If you’re needing to do heavier MICROSOFT and pdf for work or school I’d look into an actual windows operating laptop but the Chromebook serves me well for basic needs.

I have always loved geek squad services for several years. This is why I just keep purchasing it there quick in resolving issues. I don’t feel judged when I need something fixed or replaced or repaired. They always do it with helpful advice, and I’ve never had an issue. They haven’t been able to solve.

It is an excellent laptop and has excellent service. The laptop was delivered quickly and with due care. The staff was also very supportive and careful.

Love Geek squad. They have always treated me extremely well. They might not be perfect but overall they’ve been perfect enough for me to forget any small imperfect moments. Nobodies perfect but I feel confident and secure with there services.

i almost always purchase this on high dollar purchases. only needed it once for a vr headset and i was taken care of within a day.

So I bought a laptop for the first time in a long long time. I bought this to just be on the safe side. But I was recommended to buy because it does come in handy when a repair is needed. Geek squad it self has great employees who try to help out as much as possible.

I always buy insurance for expensive items. They are hard to replace. Buying them once is hard enough. I don't want to have to buy them twice. It's a no-brainer. If you can't afford the insurance, you certainly can't afford to replace what you are insuring. Not to mention the no-hassle service. BEST BUY is famous for service. They will take care of you. Always fair and square with me. They have been at it a long time and know why they are successful. Two words, customer service.

Necessary for item I purchased a. It is a complementary item to help avoid unnecessary anguish if item is dammaged.

Always good to have extra insurance on electronics. But overall is a great laptop. Love it

I was immediately guided to a knowledgeable and friendly staff member to buy my new Dell laptop.

This is perfect for kids in college. I now only buy laptops from BBUY because of this warranty option. I find that in college towns there is usually a best buy nearby. When I've bought other warrantys (direct with laptop manufacturer, 3rd party) I have regretted it, because kids with geek squad warranties get their laptops fixed right away, and loaners provided where the other kids suffer through remote support an mailing the laptops away.

This I bought for myself. I'm handicapped and my vision is poor. I tell everyone I'm the most electronically challenged person on earth. I figured it would be in my best interest to get protection in case something goes wrong with my new laptop!!
