I used the service several times and it saved me a lot of money on service and parts.

I got the 2 year protection plan on my new laptop seeing that my old one broke. I have already had to use the plan and the process was very smooth.

I have used every single Geek Squad protection plans for slow speed, or accidental damage. I am so thankful for this service, because my kids are tiny destruction machines. :) Highly recommend.

Considering that this protection covers damages and such, knowing that my laptop came new in box with a faulty keyboard and they instantly replaced it that day was very nice. Definitely worth the money for the service

Have had too many mishaps with laptops and hope this one isn't as use service as most. Geek squad has always been a good source for my husbands iphone.

If and when you have purchased an electronic more than $200.00 worth, it would be wise to buy an insurance along with it for at least the 1st year or so. Especially when you're clumsy. Trust Best Buy when they ask you. They have ESP they can sense youre clumsy.

We bought a laptop for a birthday gift and this was so worth it in case something were to happen to it.

The 3 year accidental damage warranty is always a good idea. One of our laptops was accidentally destroyed when a drink was knocked into it. It was replaced at no cost with no questions.

Best buy is the best pact to shop. Helpful people, and a geek squad to help if you have issues with you purchase in setting things up. They will walk you right through the steps

I added the Geek Squad Protection when I bought a laptop for my 9 yr old son. The laptop only lasted 6 months because he didn't use it carefully. I was pleasantly surprised when Best Buy reimbursed the total amount of what I paid for it because they could not fix it. I recommend this product 100% when buying electronics for a child.

I haven’t had to use this service yet but I feel comfortable knowing that I have this resource. I am in a Paramedic program online and my computer has to work or I can’t do schoolwork and if I get behind, I get dropped from program, so this is a nice insurance for me.

having this protection is bar none we would not buy any product from Best buy without buying any protections I love it my wife loves it my teenager loves it we love protection so I'm so grateful Best buy offers it thanks Best buy

For the low price paid for the laptop, protection coverage came as a no brainer. Giving Mom the peace of mind needed to utilize her new device without concerns of damages for 12 months was reasonably priced and worth securing.

The agent i dont remember his name he was the GM of the Logan, UT store though. he was so professional, knowledgable, patient, and made the process so smooth and easy.

I like to make sure I get protection on my expensive investments. The Geek Squad protection plans are BY FAR the best "extended warranty" service I have ever seen till this day. I've never had any issues with bringing something in that broke and them it covering what they promise. Can't say the same for other places....
