This is a must have for any electronic devices! My old computer crashed in the midst of my Classes for my Master's Degree and I panicked! I brought a new laptop and was adamant on purchasing additional coverage in case something goes wrong.

Geek squad staff are always so helpful and ready to repair any product issues that I may have. I can depend on great service, never a long wait and can feel assured that the work has been done right. Thank you

I purchased this for a new gaming computer as a just in case protection plan. I felt it was reasonable for the amount of preclinical provided. I haven’t had to use the protection plan and hope I never have to. But it does give a sense of security if it is ever needed.

Glad I purchased this when I bought my laptop for work. Now if something happens and I need help, I can just use my protection!

While I have not had to use the geek squad on this purchase I have used them quite a bit in the past and their services are great. The only thing I would change is the appointments as they don't always keep to the schedule.

I love chrome books this is my third one. I’ve been using chrome books for over 20 yrs. The as not yet failed me just right for me on the go and at home.

Not usually a fan of buying store warranties but this is the exception. Had another book that got the screen broken. Found the part online but they were out of stock. Warranty was cheaper and don't have to deal with the hassle of fixing it myself.

I get the extended warranty with every laptop I purchase. As my computer is on the move constantly, damage has occurred, making this has a smart purchase. If my computer needs repair, it gets done or I get a new computer.

My wife and I each have a computer and I don't know what we would do without the Geek Squad. I accidentally spilled tea on the entire computer and immediately made an appointment and they rectified the problem to my total satisfaction.

Best buy always helped me when I needed to return an item that has protection. No fuss no problems

I actually had my tab button on my laptop break in half and I brought my laptop in and they put on a whole new keyboard. The geek squad team had my laptop back to me in two weeks which was pretty crazy fast with most of that time was shipping my laptop.

Nothing may happen but at least you know if they can't fix it you get value still

So helpful, I always buy the protection plans and Best Buy has been great to help me. Never had an issue with them yet.

I havent really use an accidental geek squad protection, hope I never use it, but it is really difficult to talk to someone, I've spent 1 hour trying to someone to help me, so I hope I never get an accident 'cause they are pretty much difficult to talk.

I'm glad I picked a great protection plan, you never know what would happen. Best Buy workers are great explaining the protection plans and is affordable.

It is a great feeling to know that your product is covered for accidental damage.

I have not been required to use the protection plan but enjoy the piece of mind that if my laptop begins having issues Best Buy will repair or replace it in a timely manner.
