I bought this computer because it seemed like a great computer at a very good deal. I shopped around four months and got the best one I could afford. The computer worked well for a week and then I had to hard start it just to get it to turn on. Best Buy exchanged it with no problem to make it right. I received friendly and efficient service when I asked for an exchange. I was glad I bought the member card for 60 days that allowed me to do this. I was also able to come back 30 days later when the price was lower and they reimbursed me for the . The second computer exact model that I had to exchange the first one for, works just fine with no troubles at all. And I am extremely happy with my purchase. But mostly, I am happy with the friendly and efficient service that I received from Best Buy.

Hi, we have not had to use yet this year. However we had to use on previous purchases and it was definately worth it! We had to have a laptop replaced a couple of years ago due to a coke being spilled on it. UH

I will use this when needed never use them before but I will if I have any problems
