I had to pay an additional $214 to have my moms computer set up on top of the warranty. Geek squad did an amazing job setting it up and Im sure if she has a problem with the computer they will quickly get out there.

When my CPU was hit by the INTEL i9 software issue that burned out CPUs I took my PC to my local bestbuy and the local Geek squad essentially told me to pound sand. They said they can't work on PCPower builds. My question? Why sell me geek squad protection on a product they can't work on?
