THESE PEOPLE AT GEEK SQUAD NEED HELP, I DON'T THINK THEY HAVE ENOUGH QUALIFIED TECHS TO DO THE JOB. I GAVE THEM 11 DAYS TO TRANSFER DATA FROM MY OLD TO THE NEW ONE I HAD JUST BOUGHT. THEY TOLD ME FOR THE FOURTH TIME IT WOULD BE READY AT 5:00 FRIDAY, WELL IT WASANT, SO I TOLD THEM TO FORGET IT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ON THE DATA TRANSFER AND PICKED UP EVERY THING AND BROUGHT IT HOME. NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK ON THE THREE YEAR PROTECTION PLAN?

I had trouble with the first guy acted like he didn't know nothing but the sec one was great

No help was given. Needed apple support as ticket submitted no acknowledgement whatsoever

with this new plan, it helps out a lot with everything you purchase through best buy

I have this for my computer and when i went into Geek Squad they told me basically it’s useless to have and should get the yearly program they have with best buy if i needed to have replacement parts.

It's great that it covers parts and labor form most incidents but it takes a really long time to get your item back. The "Estimated" completion date has never been close to correct any time I've used it.

PC was amazing when I first bought it, did my new media arts projects and gaming. After just a little over a year it now does not work GPU and on board graphics do not display an image.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices.

Bought this computer for my son's "first gaming computer" and it meets all expectations.

Didn’t need service but glad I had the protection if needed

Took it to the store and they were going to charge me over $100 to have someone look at my pc… what was the point in buying this coverage if I’m going to have to pay to have someone look at it anyway?? It claims that if I purchase this, they cover the cost of parts and labor. Wasn’t the case.. severely disappointed and now I have a screeching pc that I can’t exchange…

Good service. Never had to use it but they claim to be able to provide a warranty on your products.

Hope NOT to use it - candidly, the only item in my list of new computer equipment I bought the one yr warranty on. Yes, Dell gives a one year warranty on the equipment. But in reality, it is simply easier to take to store for service.
