I purchased Best Buy's 3-year GSP to protect my recently purchased HP Omen 30L (5700G/6700XT) desktop PC! As long as Best Buy offers their GSP, I will always purchase them for high ticket items and not their TotalTech membership!

Great peace of mind having this protection. A good way to protect your investment/purchase. My old computer just stopped working. I couldn't recover rare pictures. The geek squad did and transfered them over to my new computer. I will back them up now of course.

Nice to have peace of mind for the next 2 years that Best Buy will take care of my computer if something happens to it. It is simply insurance for your computer at an affordable rate.

Recommend a protection for your computer regardless the additional cost

It’s an amazing thing to have because if something you’ve bought breaks you could fix it like it’s brand new

I dropped my computer and the screen cracked and half of it went black luckily i had protection on it and they sent it to get fixed no problem

I always buy this warranty for all my electronics. The only bad things is if I need to replace something, it wont cover the current value of the merchandise. It has to be up to the amount I paid originally not the current value. Not so good if you get something on sale.

I would Say this is a must if you're going to purchase any electronics because geek squad is awesome they work on my laptop before so I would recommend this

I get GS protection with everything, its one of the main reasons I keep shopping at Best Buy. Nothing better than having peace of mind that my equipment is protected.

agents were all friendly and the one I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable and was very patient with me and my lack of computer talk or lack of...never complain or irritated with ny calling things "that thing that you push and not sure what i did but"

Just in case of an accident I have my stuff protected for 1-Year so I have my stuff protected just in case of accidents.

Grate service they offer I really recommend it. You never know when it’ll come in hand.
